Luke was Chief of Staff to the Hon Con Sciacca AO when he was Federal Shadow Minister for Immigration and Multi-cultural Affairs in the Commonwealth Parliament of Australia from 1998 to 2002.

Luke has extensive experience providing strategic advice to some of Australia’s leading companies, including a number of ASX200 clients, within a range of fields such as biofuels, child-care services, industrial land development, stevedoring and infrastructure development.

Luke is a solicitor at Sciaccas Lawyers and Consultants and is also involved in marketing and client relations for the firm. Previously he has worked in the Queensland public service as a policy advisor and later in the private sector in media and public relations.

With his knowledge of policy development and public relations within government and in the private sector, Luke brings exemplary skills in government relations, political and strategic consulting, business development and account management.

 Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor with Honours. With an unparalleled range of contacts and access across all levels of government, both in Queensland and nationally, Luke is a valuable asset to the SAS Group team.
